Updating to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 has been a step of strong expectations.
Here are the Top10+1 features of Windows 10 that I got on updating my Lumia 535, that are just Superb.

#1. THE TRANSPARENCY
Either it be the lock screen or the home page or the tiles or the background, the transparent look just makes it classy!
#2. KEYBOARDS ENHANCED
- Firstly The cursor controller option, the unique feature facilitates an easy writing!
- Language button removed and the switching of languages can be done by long pressing and sliding the space button.
- And for those who are fond of writing a notebook[ONE NOTE],the problem of going to options for various font styles has been removed, which is now available on the top of the keyboard.
- Plus the best one is the SPEECH TO TEXT[Dictation key] button. If you are the one who is lazy to speak or tired, then just go on speaking, your phone will go on writing for you!
Ain't that fantastic?
#3. GESTURES
Wake up that was earlier available is added with lock option. i.e. Just as you double tap for waking up your phone, similarly you can also lock your phone by double tapping, but on the navigation bar!
And turning calls to silent by turning the phone upside down is another thing that adds to the feature which was not available in the before versions as much as i know(Correct me if I am wrong).
#4. CORTANA ENABLED,
Where it was not before.
By matching the region and languages, Cortana will be at your service. Rest is to be enjoyed.
#5. MORE APPS ADDED
Store has been upgraded by adding more apps keeping in consideration, the convenience of the users
#6. THE BEAUTY
- That wonderful slide effect when the apps are opened!
- Beautiful design beautiful layout beautiful theme beautiful fonts just makes Windows 10 more beautiful.
#7. THE GREAT ACTION CENTRE
The feature which has been the extreme desire of every Windows user has been granted, And we've got it.
Slide down and most of the settings at your finger tip!
Also Flashlight is added, removing the need to download any extra app.
#8. POWER BUTTON REPLACED
Now you need not even touch the power button unless you are in a hurry or taking a screen shot or switching on or off your phone!
Double tap wakes up the phone
Double tap locks the screen!
#9 The PIN PROBLEM
If you type your PIN incorrectly several times,unlike before it doesn't warn with timings but there's a captcha kind of thing to enter .
Got to know about this feature by making a mistake of typing incorrect PIN, realised mistakes are also fun at times!
#10. THE MICROSOFT EDGE
Last but not the least, The internet explorer of the previous version is replaced by the new improved version default browser ,Microsoft Edge!
#+1.THE ONE HAND MODE
Must be wondering so as to why I have placed this as +1and not 11th? Its because I Discovered this after completing the 10!
Well this a very handy feature that was already available on iPhone but is available to Windows as well now!
Long pressing the Windows button will start this option and long pressing will take the screen back to normal.
Better understood by the pic below. No more explanations needed because the feature name itself clears the very purpose of this Mode, i.e. Use your phone using only one hand with coffee in another hand perhaps.

It's almost an year since the Windows 10 update has been released. Hence let's look forward for the new "Windows Anniversary update" which'll be rolling out by August 2 according to the officials ,with plenty much awesome features, added to it viz. Windows Ink, Windows Hello, Windows Continuum, etc. which'll be like the icing on the sugar!
